Terms of service
Pellavo is operated by Pellavo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17351940). Registered office: Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, United Kingdom, L1 0AH.
These terms apply when you use Pellavo, including the app, website, trainer listings, messaging, content, bookings, and support services.
What Pellavo provides
Pellavo provides marketplace tools for discovering independent trainers, reviewing session information, communicating about bookings, and arranging fitness sessions. Trainers are responsible for delivering the services they list. Pellavo is not the trainer and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or healthcare.
Eligibility and accounts
Pellavo is adults-only at launch. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use only one account unless Pellavo agrees otherwise.
Bookings and payments
Before you confirm a booking, Pellavo will show the relevant trainer, session, price, date, time, and format. Payment processing is provided through a payment provider. A booking creates obligations between the client and trainer for the session, with Pellavo providing the marketplace and support tools.

Content and conduct
You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, discriminate against, or misuse another person. You must not publish unlawful, misleading, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or privacy-infringing content.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but give Pellavo permission to host, display, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the service.
Messaging and safety
Messages and reports may be reviewed when needed for support, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or investigating violations. For questions or concerns about activity on Pellavo, contact support@pellavo.com.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access, remove content, cancel bookings, or close accounts where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, service quality, or a breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another jurisdiction.
